What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for the return of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tag intact, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No refund is offered for COD Processing Charges, which is Rs. 99. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.

How do I return my product?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products only for defective products which may include any printing defect or garment defect. No return is allowed for size issues. Only exchange with same product is available for size issues hence it is recommended to check size chart before ordering the product. 

Please ensure that while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered, with original tags intact.

We do not accept returns for innerwear, cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns.

A few other products, like accessories, notebooks, etc., are also non-returnable. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. 

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably a reputable courier service provider.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

We apologise if you received a defective or incorrect item. Please contact our customer service team at connect@lolsome.co.in as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide photos/videos of the defective/incorrect item to assist us in processing your return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

NOTE

For wrong or damaged products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Please record the package opening from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Ensure the product and packaging are clearly visible throughout the video.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How do I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within one hour after your order is confirmed. After 1 hour, cancellation will not be possible. You can cancel the orders that are in the Order confirmation stage.

How do I cancel my order, which is already in progress?

We start making progress within a few hours of your order. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you want to cancel your in-processing order, write to connect@lolsome.co.in with your complete order number.

Can I cancel my Cancellation Request?

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the orders that are in the Order confirmation stage. Refund for Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI orders will be processed within 7-10 working days.

How will I get my Refund?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your original mode within 48 hours from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Post initiation, the payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 10 working days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
